REQUIEM FOR A DREAM

This film is about a boy called Harry Goldfard and his mother is called Sara Goldfarb.

Sara, Harry's mother, is a widow and she spends most of her time sitting on the couch watching TV. She receives a supposed call from your favourite television programme and she believes that she has been invited to this programme. At this moment her life cahnges because she begins to become obsessed with food and she starts a diet. This diet doesn't convince her and she decides to take pills called amphetamines because in this way she will lose weight faster.

Harry, is a boy who take drugs and he deteriorates more. Then Harry and his friend go in Florida for find easier drugs and later Harry is arm becomes infected and they go to the hospital to get help and the doctor says he is suffering fro drug addiction. Sara gets much worse and she begins to have hallucinations and finally she is taken to mental health clinic.

In my opinion I think that this film is very impressive because it is the reality of the consequences of drugs. In the movie all the characters make mistakes because o drugs.

November

"November" is a spanish film the main character is called Alfredo and this wants to create a different art. A free art, so that people will be able to love with them the show. Alfredo said that authentic theatre is in the street. Alfredo and his group, November,  begin to have thoughts to do it in the street. In this show there aren't limits, they only have to be sure that the audience will become part of the show.

In my opinion, I think that this film is very good. The worst think in life is to go to work and less if something that you don't like but it is an obligation if you want to eat every day. So, in this film, November, I'm surprised that people like Alfredo and his group work because they love art, they don't want to change. Moreover for this reason, they don't obey the laws.
I think that this film is a reflection of wanting to change the world like many people do.

I believe that although you don't like theatre and art you will like this film because it's entertaining and the end of the film is very surprising because you don't expect it.

Dream house

I usually watch romantic films because although all the types of movies are similar I like them a lot. But the other day I decided to go to the cinema to see this film, called dream house. At first I thought it was scary but in the end it was more suspense.


The subject of this film are a family whose father quits his job to spends more time with the family and they go to live in another house. When the family are used to their new life, they find out that a murder of a mother and her daughters had been comitted in the house. Everybody in the village thought that the murderer was the father. When thought will who is the father of the family who now live in this house, begins to investigate the murder that occurred there. Finally he doesn't know if he is seeing ghosts of if the truth is very close. Will begins to investigate to see who was the murderer of the family. 


In my opinion this film is very entertaing, and I recommend it to people because this film is not the typical story like in the other movies.

Two people who live in the U.S.A want to make a report about Mexic. They want to collect information about battered women's bodies, killed and raped in the desert that is on the outskirts of the city. 
This goes on for several years, but nobody worried until the U.S media began to report on the disappearances. The murders always happened at the same place and in the same way; victims were always working in factories, these are young women who work to help their family. They are always killed when they climb on the bus that takes them and brings them home. Some of these buses were at night when it was dark and dangerous. 


In my opinion, I think that this film makes an impact but it is totally real. In poor countries there are a lot of differences from here. In these countries women are still considered inferior to men. 
Personally this film made me very sad because the girl that is the main character is raped by a man. She has 16 years old and I think that noboody deserves this. 
In conclusion, I hope that the world will improve and the society will valve women equal to men. 

A lot like love

Two young people meet on a plane, Oliver (Ashton Kutcher) he has just graduated from university and Emily (Peet). She is a very free and spontaneous girl.

When the plane lands they are together day and they swear that day that they will see eachother again six years later.
They are quite different in everything they two different ways of seeing life. They both continue with their lives, but every year they meet. The last year that they meet their relations ship has changed and Oliver has finished his studies.
When they meet they always spend days some together, they laugh and talk about everything without any problems and they always help each other.
Finally, after six years, they meet again and they are in love.

This movie is one of my favorites, because it is a very original romantic comedy. There are parts of the film that are rather funny and it reflexes what can happen in your life.

SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE

Jamal Malik is a poor adolescente who was competing in the game of “Who wants to be a millionaire?” in India. He has won 10000000 rupias and he has to answer las question that he will answer the following day for twenty million rupias but when he leaves to go home he is interrogated for police because they think that Jamal is cheating because he has answered all the questions.

Jamal explains that he knows all the questions because by chance all the questions has happened during his life. He has a brother, called Salim and the love of his life is Latika who he has known from when they were little when they were small, they were taken by Maman is a man who wants the children to steal for him, but Jamal and Salim exacpe but Latika doesn’t escape and has to stay with Maman.

After a time Jamal finds out that Latika is a prostituye. Finally, Jamal answers the last question and he frees Latika.

In my opinión I think that it is a very different film from the others, but this film is very reall. There are a moments during the film when you see the life that some people because this is a film with many feelings. I also like it because it is base don reality because the programme ”Who wants to be a millionaire?” is a programme you often see and I never imagined that this programme could be used in a film.
